When smiling, the level of the gums and their symmetrical appearance are as important as the appearance of the teeth. At this point, it is necessary to interfere with the gums, preferably with a laser. First of all, it should be determined at which level the gingiva should be, and which teeth asymmetry occurs. Afterwards, the tooth-gingival-bone levels of the teeth are examined. If only the intervention on the gums is sufficient, the procedure can be performed with a diode laser. But if a more advanced regulation is required, a different action must be taken.
